Quality Self-Assessment Scorecard

The ICMI Quality Self-Assessment Scorecard allows you to determine how well your contact center Quality Assurance (QA) program is functioning across seven key areas. As a result of taking the assessment, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, you will be able to identify areas where improvement is needed, thereby providing key intelligence in your efforts to evaluate and improve your QA program.
